A new Sonic racing game by Sega

Sega has teased a new racing game. The Twitter account of Sonic The Hedgehog has shown the "TOP SECRET" 22-second trailer. The trailer was also shown at SXSW.

The video shows a revving car and then focuses on the logo of the upcoming Sega game. All this is shown in a dark theme after which the R in the logo shines. This reminds me of the game Sonic R which was the first Sonic racing game that came out back in 1997 for Sega Saturn. But it didn't have cars.

So is it going to be a remaster with cars? Or an entirely new game with Sonic and team? What do you think?
