Fortnite Solo Showdown Limited Time Mode : Here's what you need to know

Fornite Solo Showdown Limited Time Mode has been announced and it is live right now. Ready for the rules?

The rules are pretty simple. You must play 50 games of Fortnite in the Solo Showdown LTM and you’re scored on the basis of your final placement. At the end of the contest period, the top 100 players are awarded free V-bucks to spend in-game.

The Fortnite Solo Showdown Standings will be updated throughout the duration on Epic's blog.

The top 100 players will receive their rewards after the event ends on May 21. You'll have to participate in 50 Solo Showdown matches to be eligible for a prize, which is a large amount of V-bucks. The amount you get depends on your placement:

• 1st Place: 50,000 V-bucks
• 2nd – 4th Place: 25,000 V-Bucks
• 5th – 50th Place: 13,500 V-bucks
• 51st – 100th Place: 7,500 V-bucks

To be eligible for the LTM you, Fortnite player, must have registered on or before May 15, 2018. Further can be seen here.
